1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and z98 ("the Company", "the Platform", "z98", "We", "Us") governing your access to and use of the z98 online gaming and sports betting platform available at z98.bio and any associated subdomains or applications.

By completing the z98 registration process, accessing the platform, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to comply with them at all times. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the z98 platform from time to time.

z98 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to the z98 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. z98 enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all account holders without exception.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual acting on your own account and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You have not previously been excluded from the z98 platform or any affiliated platform through a self-exclusion request or company-initiated ban.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of z98 or any associated entity.

z98 is legally obligated to verify the age and identity of all players before processing any withdrawal. Verification may also be requested at the point of registration or at any time during the account lifecycle at z98's sole discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation will result in suspension of account access and withholding of withdrawals pending resolution.

Any player who provides false information regarding their age during registration commits a serious breach of these Terms. z98 will void all bets placed and forfeit all associated winnings and balances in such cases, and may refer the matter to relevant authorities.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the z98 platform. Opening more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering a z98 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times.
• Notify z98 immediately of any changes to your registered details, including contact number, email address, or payment method.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not carried out by you personally.
• Not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

z98 will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact z98 support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

z98 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle. Accounts that fail to pass such checks within a reasonable timeframe will be suspended pending resolution.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

z98 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All PKR transactions are processed at the prevailing exchange rate where applicable.

The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the z98 platform:

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned subject to applicable processing fees.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified account in the Player's own name.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and are published in the z98 cashier section.
• z98 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframe specified for each payment method. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• z98 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors may apply their own charges, for which z98 accepts no liability.
• Deposits used to claim a bonus may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Full bonus terms are published at the time of each promotion.

z98 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any transaction where fraud, money laundering, or account security concerns have been identified. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of the relevant funds pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

z98 offers bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which form part of and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bonuses are only available to players who have met the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 2 of these Terms.
• Each promotion may have its own minimum deposit requirement, wagering requirement, eligible game restrictions, and validity period. These will be clearly stated in the promotional terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• z98 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to fulfilling obligations already triggered under the original promotional terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on a z98 account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms.
• Any attempt to abuse the z98 bonus system — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, the use of automated software to meet wagering requirements, or systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to clear requirements without genuine gameplay — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the z98 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. These rules are published within each game or betting market and are binding on all Players.

• A bet is accepted and binding only when z98 confirms acceptance via the platform interface. Bets not so confirmed are void.
• z98 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error or human error, regardless of whether the bet has been settled.
• In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, z98's decision shall be final and binding, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are published in the z98 sportsbook and casino sections.
• z98 uses certified RNG technology for all casino and slot games. The house edge for each game category is disclosed within the game information panel.
• Live in-play betting odds are updated in real time. z98 reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time without notice, including but not limited to PSL cricket matches, international test fixtures, and UFC events.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the z98 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the z98 platform under any identity or payment method.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21 or on behalf of a person under the age of 21.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the z98 platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other software to interact with the z98 platform in a way not intended by normal gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Exploiting any technical error, software vulnerability, or pricing mistake on the platform.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes with a deposit payment provider after wagering those funds on z98.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing z98 staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

z98 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players from the potential harms associated with excessive gambling. z98 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their z98 account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a mandatory cooling-off period before activation.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss amount over a defined period. When the limit is reached, further wagers are blocked until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure automatic session reminders and maximum session durations to manage their play time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the z98 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and presentation of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of z98 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the z98 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any z98 platform content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any z98 software or platform components.
• Use z98 trademarks, logos, or branding in any context outside your personal use of the platform.
• Create derivative works based on z98 platform content.

Any unauthorised use of z98 intellectual property will be subject to legal action and may result in immediate termination of your account.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, z98 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the z98 platform.
• Any loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures beyond z98's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials or resulting from unauthorised access to your account through no fault of z98.
• Any interruptions to service caused by telecommunications failures, internet service provider outages, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government action.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit z98's liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by z98's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

z98's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the z98 platform in the 12 calendar months preceding the date on which the claim arises.

11 Suspension & Termination

z98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where z98 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The Player's account has been accessed or operated by a person other than the registered account holder.
• The Player's account shows patterns of activity consistent with money laundering, fraud, or match fixing.
• Regulatory or legal requirements compel z98 to restrict access to the platform in a specific jurisdiction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, z98 will notify the Player via their registered email address. The Player may submit representations in writing to [email protected] within 14 days. z98 will review all representations and communicate its decision within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may close their z98 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any confirmed balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following standard verification procedures, subject to satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

z98 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a z98 account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

z98 collects personal data including but not limited to: full name, date of birth, contact number, email address, residential address, payment method details, and transaction history. This data is used for account management, age and identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of customer support.

z98 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed third-party payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

13 Amendments to Terms

The version of the Terms currently published at z98.bio/terms-conditions shall be the version in force. Continuing to use the z98 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. z98 also reserves the right to modify or withdraw any game, market, payment method, or feature from the platform at any time without notice and without liability, subject to honouring obligations on confirmed bets already placed prior to such modification.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which z98 holds its international gaming operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute regarding a specific bet, game outcome, or account action, the Player should first contact the z98 support team at [email protected] with full details of the disputed matter. z98 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a full response within 14 business days.

Nothing in this clause shall affect any rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your own jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.
